I am pleased to announce that Myers Industries, Inc. has acquired strategic assets of Schoeller Arca Systems, Inc. North America. The purchase includes the Xytec® line of collapsible pallet containers and the Combo line of Intermediate Bulk Containers, both of which will be integrated with the Buckhorn® brand of material handling products. We want to share this

Schoeller Arca Systems has a long history of delivering innovative, high-quality plastic products designed for shipping, handling, and storage of goods and materials in many of the same markets Buckhorn serves. The Xytec line of collapsible pallet containers consists of 32" x 30", 48" x 40" and 48" x 45" footprints in various heights, and includes the EL Extended Length
containers and Highwall Extended Height containers. The Combo line of collapsible Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) are suited for shipping and storing large volumes of fluids and will complement Buckhorn’s Citadel™ line of IBC’s.

For customers, this acquisition yields immediate benefits. As the product lines are integrated, Xytec and Combo customers will gain:
