System of containers, pallets and top caps that deliver superior product protection,
improve handling efficiency, reduce material handling costs.
Ideal in manufacturing operations
where the same container is used throughout for in-process handling, shipping, and
storage, the Buckhorn system features 16 sizes of stack-only modular containers that
perfectly cube 48" x 45" and 48" x 40" pallets. Container sizes allow
multiple configurations on the same pallet, providing total system flexibility. Straight,
solid interior walls provide optimal product protection and an easy fit for dunnage.
Reinforced corner ribbing provides rigid column strength for secure stacking. The
containers' ergonomic design allows safe lifting with less strain, helping to reduce
worker injury.
Optional bottom slots, internal
dividing systems, and lids with security tie holes are features to customize the system
for specific applications. Injection molded from HDPE, containers resist impact, moisture,
oil, most chemicals, and are 100% recyclable. Cardholders, hot stamping, and other
identification methods available for container control and tracking programs.
Pallets & Top Caps
Create A Totally Reusable System!
The Straight Wall System's pallets and top caps allow safe, efficient multi-trip shipping
and create a totally reusable delivery system that maximizes trailer cube utilization.
Available in 48" x 45" and 48" x 40" footprints, standard pallets
feature open decks, high weight capacity, 4-way forklift entry, plastic runners, and are
available with or without steel corner kick plates. A perimeter lip prevents stacked
containers from sliding and helps stabilize loads. Specific versions of the pallets are
edge-rackable in standard configuration. Top caps secure the top layer of containers on a
palletized load, increasing stability, and feature corner stacking supports for pallet
loads placed on top of the top cap. An optional seat belt wraps around the containers and
locks into the top cap to secure the load. Both pallets and top caps are molded from HDPE
structural foam process for durability and long service life.
