TO STRAIGHT WALL SYSTEM
Durable Containers Improve Protection from Damage and Contaminants

Buckhorn introduces Straight Wall Containers with attached lids to secure contents and
improve product protection in demanding manufacturing operations. The containers are the
first attached lid addition to Buckhorn's Straight Wall family and have a 15'' x 12''
footprint in two heights: 7.5'' and 9.5". Buckhorn's Straight Wall System features a
broad line of injection-molded, modular containers with matching pallets and top
caps-ideal for parts shipping, in-process handling, and storage in automotive, appliance,
and other manufacturing applications.
The recessed, attached lids
feature interlocking fingers for added stacking strength. The hinge line includes
reinforcing ribs and a continuous steel hinge pin to prevent breakage during transit and
use. Tie holes on both ends of the lid accommodate a variety of closures for additional
product protection and to eliminate pilfering of contents. The containers interwork with
Buckhorn's other Straight Wall Containers, perfectly cubing 48" x 45" pallets to
maximize space usage from pallet to trailer to production line.
All Buckhorn Straight Wall
Containers feature straight, solid walls for optimal internal and external space
utilization. Smooth interiors allow an easy fit for custom dunnage. Reinforced corner
ribbing provides rigid column strength for secure stacking of dense, heavy loads.
Ergonomic handles provide for safe, easy lifting. Options include a variety of
identification systems, drain holes, and custom dunnage.
