Basketrays stack and nest,
eliminating wasted space and reducing backhaul space; trays interwork within footprints
for system flexibility. Basketrays allow full cube of transport trucks, reducing transport
costs. Tongue & groove design provides positive stacking for shipping. Open grid
bottom and open sides allow ventilation, product visibility for retail display, and easy
cleaning. Reinforced corner and bottom design provides superior product protection in
shipping and handling. Other features include stacking interference to prevent tray use by
others and 2- or 4-way entry for easy loading and moving. Special colors or hot stamping
available for tray identification and control programs. Molded from FDA-approved HDPE
resins and USDA-approved designs, trays will not corrode or splinter and are freezer-safe.
Multi-level Basktrays have the
same features of the single-level version and allow you to create the right tray when you
need it! Multi-level trays have bails that flip down for a sturdy-stack bread tray; flip
the bails up and the next Basketray nests halfway down for bun storage; a 180° turn drops
the tray to a third level suitable for sweet goods.
Buckhorn Basketrays are fully
compatible with automated handling systems. Custom tray design for special applications is
available through Buckhorn's Applications Engineering Service. All Basketrays are backed
by Buckhorn's standard 1-Year Limited Warranty.
