SecureTote™ Reduces Damage, Theft and Improves Handling Efficiency
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Buckhorn,
the leading innovator in reusable plastic packaging, introduces the SecureTote™-an
attached-lid container designed to improve product handling and reduce costs in cigarette
distribution. SecureTote's extended, 25" length and the interior walls fit
multiple-size cartons, including Regular, Kings, 100's and some 120's for split-case or
30-carton distribution. The container's durable, HDPE plastic construction and attached
lid protects contents from theft, crushing, and moisture keeping cartons secure during
transport from distributor to retailer.
SecureTote containers stack when
full and nest when empty for efficient space usage in trailers, on assembly lines, in
distribution centers, or at retailers. The strong lids feature Buckhorn's patented
interlocking finger design for secure closure and are recessed, creating a 1/2"
perimeter lip for stable stacking. Four, reinforced tie holes in lids work with a variety
of closures for added product security in transit. SecureTote is available in opaque Gray,
Red, Green, Dark Blue or clarified material for quick identification of contents. Other
features include ergonomic handles for easy lifting and textured areas on lids and sides
for ID tags and labels.
