SYSTEM REDUCES COSTS IN DISTRIBUTION &
MANUFACTURING APPLICATIONS
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Buckhorn,

Container System featuring a complete line of attached and detached lid containers.
Replacing cardboard containers, the 21" x 15" system delivers superior product
protection, lower packaging costs, and improved productivity for product handling and
distribution in general manufacturing, grocery, retail/wholesale applications.
Containers stack with lids and
nest when empty to provide efficient space usage in trailers, on the assembly line, in the
warehouse or distribution center, or in retail backrooms. Attached lid containers are
available in 6", 9", and 12" heights; detached lid containers are available
in 5", 7", 9", and 12" heights. Containers with attached lids feature
Buckhorn's patented interlocking finger design for secure closure. Detached lids snap
tight around the containers' top rim. All lid styles are recessed, creating a 1/2"
perimeter lip for safe stacking of loads. Hinges are inset to prevent handling damage.
Reinforced tie holes in lids are compatible with a variety of closures.
Other container features include:
1) solid textured bottom surface on most models provides traction for automated handling
(smooth, open, and drain hole bottom styles available on some models); 2) reinforced
ergonomic handles allow easy lifting and carrying (open or closed handles available); 3)
strong nesting stops prevent containers from jamming; 4) textured areas on lids and sides
for identification tags and labels; and 5) compatible with most flow racks and shelving.
Injection molded HDPE construction provides strength and durability. Containers are 100%
recyclable.
